Professional Information: Sue Gravett is the President and Owner of Henry S. Miller Brokerage Austin, Inc., dba G3 Realty Services. Sue has more than 45 years business management, and organizational development experience, as well as commercial real estate experience which includes managing personal and corporate real estate holdings. Gravett has been an active member in the Austin community for more than 45 years serving on several non-profit boards. Sue was a founding member of The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and South Texas. She has also served as an officer and director on several public and privately held corporate boards. Sue has been named one of Austin’s Power Brokers by Co-Star and honored by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce for being an Outstanding Volunteer for Regional Mobility and Development. Sue works in the real estate business with her husband, Richard and son, Sean. Sue and her team provide a complete array of commercial real estate services to a variety of clients in the greater Austin and Central Texas area; leasing sales, consulting, analysis, and more for all commercial real estate property types.

Professional Information: Richard Gravett is Vice President of Investments and President of the Property Management Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage Austin, Inc. Richard attended both Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M University at Kingsville where he graduated with a BS in Physics & BS in Electrical Engineering, he also attended Stanford University for work on an MBA, and has a current Texas Real Estate License.

Professional History: Gravett brings to the company over thirty five years of experience in corporate finance, marketing, and management with high tech companies along with many years of real estate experience as well as construction experience. Gravett’s experience includes developing, buildings, and managing personal properties as well as corporate real estate holdings. The experience included the managing and leasing of fourteen Shopping Centers plus several Office Buildings as well as Industrial Warehouse Centers. Gravett has been active in the Austin community for over 40 years where he has served both as an officer and director in several non-profit, public, and privately held corporations, as well as having served as director of Business Planning & Acquisitions for a Fortune 100 Company.

PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS HISTORY: Sean has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate, construction/project management, information networking and technology, and communication industry. He has been responsible for sales, leasing, property management, and investments of commercial retail, industrial, and office properties, as well as, the disposition of land in and around the Central Texas area.
